Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sahoo
(Executive Director)

Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sahoo has done MA, M. Phil and Ph. D in Sociology and have done NGO Management from Madurai Kamaraj Open University. He did his MBA from the Birmingham City University, United Kingdom. He has founded Shradhanjali which got official recognition in 2012. Dr. Sahoo has a handful of experiences working with disprivileged, poor, needy and destitute. He continues to provide most technical support, formulate strategies and interventions to address many more social issues. His burning desire to work for the needy has brought him to his native state from abroad.

Mrs.KALPANA SURAJ PRAJAPATI
(Deputy Director)

Mrs. Kalpana Suraj Prajapati is a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from BijuPatnaik Technical University, Odisha, and has enriched her academic career with a Master’s degree ; Master of Science in Advance Computer Science from Leicester University, United Kingdom. She also has accomplished Certificate Courses like Oracle 9i, Core Java,HTML, XML, Java Script. Mrs. Prajapatihas about 13 years of diversified and rich work experiences in handling key responsibilities across National and International Organizations and possesses excellent skills in Team Management, Problem Solving, Formulating Strategies and Implementation of Projects. Mrs. Prajapati has been associated as a patron, advisor and has to her credit, membership with many reputed Organizations. She plays an instrumental role as a mentor and a guide for Shradhanjali.

Muralidhar Swain
(Chief Operating Officer)

Dr. Muralidhar Swain has done M. Sc in Physics, M. Tech in Electronics, Ph. D in Physics. He has been a good academician and has more than 33 years of experiences in managing team, conducting Research and Evaluation. He has published many books in Physics for Engineering Students and also published about 15 research articles in various national and International Journals. From the very beginning of his life he has been engaged in many socio-welfare activities. Dr. Swain is also a life member of the Red cross Society, Odisha.  He is playing an instrumental role for the Shradhanjali. He is the Co-founder of Shradhanjali.

Mr. Hemanta Kumar Tripathy
(Project Head)

Mr. Hemanta Kumar Tripathy is a graduate in Political Science and has done his MBA from Punjab Technical University. He has extensively worked on issues like Poverty Eradication, Livelihood, Sanitation, Micro Finance, Environment, Health, Panchayati Raj Institutions, Agriculture, Education, Animal Husbandry. Mr. Tripathy has expertise in the field of Needs Assessment Survey, Proposal Writing, Developing Training Modules, Project Implementation, Project Evaluation and Monitoring, Impact Assessment Survey, Liasoning and Reporting etc.

Adv. Smrutiranjan Muduli

Adv. Smrutiranjan Muduli has  nearly about 20 years of experiences in dealing with Financial & Legal matters for organization of high repute preferably in Service Industry & Law Firms. He is also been admitted to the Bar of Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association. He has been associated with SHRADHANJALI for the last 7 years. He has expertise in managing legal & financial matters, liasoning with Government Departments, other Authorities and Ministries. He plays an instrumental role for Shradhanjali.

Dr. Rati Ranjan Panda

Dr. Rati Ranjan Panda has a degree in Masters and M. Phil in English Literature and has a Ph. D degree from Fakir Mohan University, Odisha. Additionally he has done MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. He has been serving for renowned educational institutes in India since more than 26 years. Dr. Panda has been awarded many times for his passion to mend students to become future citizens of the country and has received many awards for his noticeable work and dedication. He has a great role in identifying social problems, Needs Assessment  Survey, designing project proposals and reports.

Mr. Vimal Kumar

Mr. Vimal Kumar has done  B.Sc. in Agriculture and M. Sc. in Agriculture Economics from Rajasthan University and has more than 18 years of work experiences in the field of Livelihood Projects, Natural Resource Management, Child Education, Horticulture, Energy Plantation, Bio-flue, Agriculture and Landscaping. He also provides consultancy services to various eminent Social Welfare organizations in the Development Sector.
